Bethany is awarded Student of the Year

Thomas Danby Student of the Year

Bethany (17)  has worked in the family business from a young age and she now works as second chef in The Stables.  She is passionate about producing local food for our guests to enjoy, her passion has won her the Student of the Year at Thomas Danby College.  She has had work experience working for some of the top restaurants in the area and enjoyed a spell at The Star at Harome last year and this year she is working for a short time for the Roux brothers at The Waterside in Bray.  Her puddings are something to experience, I can recommend The Yorkshire Rhubarb Experience - a mini selection of 5 puddings all using Rhubarb!! delicious.
