Welcome to Nethercroft Cottage

The former cow mistle has been converted into a comfortable cottage, fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. It has its own walled garden and south facing patio with a wildlife pond at the bottom of the garden. It is situated on the edge of our award winning Caravan Park, which contributes a holiday atmosphere without being intrusive. Tastefully refurbished throughout.

Accommodation

Entrance with patio doors onto south facing patio area. Lounge featuring brick-built fireplace incorporating electric fire. Colour TV with freeview box and Video. Fully fitted kitchen / dining with exposed beams. Bedroom 1 has double bed with fitted wardrobes and television. Bedroom 2 has two beds. Bathroom with bath / shower over, basin and toilet. Hallway leads to a separate utility laundry room.

Services

Central heating by economy 7 storage heaters. Lounge has electric fire, and kitchen has colour TV, built in fridge with freezer compartment. Electric hob and fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room has washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. Also provided - a payphone, garden table and chairs, also sun loungers. Bedding and linen provided. Bar-b-que provided for summer alfresco dining. 

Yorkshire Welcome Pack, 2 bathrobes and towels provided. Choice of pillows.

 Four people is the maximum accommodated. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Tariff

Price to be £455.00 (10% discount for 2 persons occupying) per week inc. vat, heating, lighting, linen.

Short breaks available (upon request) - Three nights, based on two persons sharing £210.00, Three nights, based on Three or Four persons sharing £ 260.00 (inc. Vat, heating, lighting and linen)  All subject to availability.

High chair, travel cot - available for hire. Price on application.
